Then returning downstairs to enjoy our new-years dinner. Returning to the desk another room was given to us and guess what: on the same floor as the room of our kids! Opening the door to our room, next surprise: room was not yet cleaned! Our check-in took 20 minutes and despite our request the 2 rooms were not next to each other not even on the same floor. Still the only one behind the desk this person was clearly not trained well and was lacking any hospitality. So at 3 we returned at the desk, there was another guest just before us, his check-in took 35 minutes!!

We decided to go to the pool, toilets at the pool not installed yet. A nice welcome to the guest is also a manner to welcome somebody, but clearly not for this man. The man behind the desk told right away rooms were not ready and check-in was only possible at 3 pm, and we had to return at that time. We did book 2 rooms and arrived at the hotel at 1:45 pm.
